The Colombian capital spent, in just over five years, skeptical and chaotic city to a metropolis and hopefully emulated by other urban centers, from which its people now feel proud. However one of the most important cultural events of the capital is the Iberoamerican Theater Festival held every two years and is listed as one of the most prestigious in Latin America.
